caroline sings the blues

 
This girl loves her cello.  She loves the sound it makes.  She loves its size.  And she loves that it matches her hair.  

Caroline often tells me she's not sure if she wants to be a volleyball girl like Sophie, a musician like Izzy, or a writer like me.  

I tell her she can do all three.  

And she does.
