Dear reader, every now and then, as I'm putting together orders from my Etsy shop, something goes slightly awry. A moody printer, a speckled page, a cantankerous pencil that gouges the page when I sign the print--it's such an adventure!
At any rate, I've amassed quite a collection of these "seconds" prints--prints that almost, but don't quite meet my impeccable standards of quality and grace. Darling, I can't help it if I'm stringent.
I don't know what to do with them. I can't bring myself to send them to the recycling bin--it's Hahnemühle paper, darling. I'd rather stick my tiara in a wood chipper!
So I'm proposing a little giveaway instead. At first I thought it might be in poor taste, or that I was compromising my artistic integrity, but with further consideration I nearly fell off my chair in giggles. I hardly think I qualify on either count to prevent a harmless bit of fun.
If you would like a random collection of Tollipop prints, and are not terribly concerned with notions of integrity or taste, please leave a comment at the bottom of this post. Think of it as a mystery grab bag of goodies for your walls. Yummy! I promise the prints are very usable and in most cases, you will wonder why they didn't pass quality control in the first place.
I will draw and announce the winner on Monday.
